About Michael
Mr. Phillips has been with the firm for over 36 years. He specializes in commercial disputes including first- and third-party property issues, bad faith litigation, products, and complex environmental litigation. He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry as well as maritime issues.
Mr. Phillips has presented numerous papers and been a speaker on a variety of subjects for the TIPS section of the ABA, the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and DRI.
