Mike was born at the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) in Bethesda, MD and raised in the National Capital Area. He graduated from Georgetown Preparatory School in 1996 and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kenyon College. He attended law school at Ohio Northern University. Subsequent to his passing the MD and DC bars he worked for the DOJ U.S. Attorneys Office before settling into private practice in the DC Metro Area.
