Michelle has administered and prepared employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, specifically PERM, H1B, H3, L and EB1C for multinational executives and managers; investment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including E1, E2, and EB5; and applications for non-immigrant and immigrant visas of extraordinary ability, including O, P and EB1 for Aliens of Extraordinary Abilities, whether they are musicians, actors, entertainers, researchers, doctors, teachers, business executives and professional athletes.

In terms of her training, she graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship. Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

In one case, a client had consulted with 14 attorneys previously without finding someone they felt comfortable moving forward with. When they came to us, we were able to present a unique solution they hadn't heard of before. Impressed by our innovative approach and dedication, the client decided to move forward with us. We filed the case and successfully got it approved, making their dream a reality.

How did you build a successful practice?

Building a successful practice requires a focus on consistency and humanity. We consistently apply the latest legal strategies and maintain a high standard of service. Understanding that each client's situation is unique, we approach every case with empathy and personalized attention. Our team has experienced the immigration process firsthand, allowing us to connect deeply with our clients and their needs. By combining our expertise with a genuine commitment to helping others, we have built a practice that clients trust and rely on.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for a lawyer who demonstrates expertise, reliability, and empathy. Additionally, clients should seek a lawyer who is transparent about the process and potential outcomes, providing clear guidance and support throughout the journey.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is not as crucial to the success of our cases because immigration law is federal. This means the same laws and regulations apply across the entire country. Our focus is on staying updated with federal policies and procedures, which ensures we can effectively handle cases no matter where the client is located.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

What differentiates us from other lawyers in our community is our unique combination of expertise, personalized attention, and innovative solutions. We stay ahead of the latest immigration laws and strategies, ensuring our clients receive the most effective representation. Our personal experiences with immigration allow us to deeply empathize with our clients, understanding their needs and challenges firsthand. Additionally, we pride ourselves on finding creative solutions that others might overlook.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping clients achieve their dreams and witnessing the positive impact it has on their lives. Guiding someone through the complexities of immigration and seeing their joy and relief when their case is approved is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that our efforts contribute to building better futures for individuals and families makes all the hard work worthwhile.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

In addition to law, I have a strong interest in spending time with my family, exercise, swimming at the beach, and gardening. These activities provide a balanced lifestyle and help me stay energized and focused in my legal practice.
