Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I litigated against a large corporation that sold a defective product that endangered the public on a daily basis. I fought against the deception of the company while ensuring the client was protected at all times at all costs. Due to that litigation, the product is no longer sold or distributed.

How did you build a successful practice?

I built a successful practice by listening to my clients. In every case, the client's needs are different. Sometimes the client is only seeking an economic recovery, other times they are only seeking justice, and sometimes it is both or some other need on the spectrum. My clients trust me and long after their case is over, they continue to refer me new clients. This is the highest compliment and something Rudderow Law will endeavor to protect.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Honesty. Trustworthiness. Compassion. Answers.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

That depends on the case. However, if someone contacts me who I feel should retain someone more local to them, I have a long list of respectable, qualified colleagues who I consistently refer clients to because I deeply trust them.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I do not make any guarantees at any stage of a litigation. Any lawyer who does is not being honest with you. The free phone consultation is an opportunity to gather information, get to know each other, and discuss next steps if that becomes necessary or advisable.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

Date of incident, injuries, identification of potential defendants, photos, medical records, and any additional factual information is always much appreciated.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

My focus is, and always will be, on the client. I don't advertise. My cases are all a result of trust.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Building relationships.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Sports. Being with my family at our lake house. Reading. Fighting human trafficking.

Are you involved in your community?

Yes.
