Andrew S. Maze is an attorney with over 26 years of hands-on litigation. Andrew began his career as a litigator in private practice as an associate in a small Woodbridge, New Jersey law firm. Michael Otto was born and raised in Iowa. Mr. Otto received a B.S. in Marketing from Iowa State University in 1990, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He went on to graduate from Drake University School of Law with a J.D. in 1994. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Iowa Bar Association. Omar K. Qadeer, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Mr. Qadeer practices in a wide range of areas, including family law, immigration, business law, municipal law and criminal defense. Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, child custody and divorce cases. Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate. Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Mr. Gorman is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. He is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School. Since joining the firm in 1985, Mr. Gorman has specialized in personal injury matters, including all types of motor vehicle accidents (cars, motorcycles, tractor trailers, taxi cabs, and other commercial vehicles); slip/trip and fall accidents; dog bites/attacks; and injuries resulting from defective products. Mr. Gorman became a name partner on January 1, 1990.

Mr. Lazzaro is the newest member of the firm and he has already obtained quite a bit of courtroom and trial experience. He has achieved excellent results in personal injury matters, in workplace injuries, as well as in municipal court.
