About Miguel
Miguel Gonzalez practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Gonzalez has experience litigating cases involving construction defects and delays, commercial disputes, real estate matters, fraud claims, contractual disputes, appeals, and protecting the assets of clients in post judgment proceedings. In addition to litigation, he has successfully resolved matters ranging from partnership disputes to professional negligence claims outside of court. He has represented businesses, insurance carriers, investors, and family offices in litigation, and counseled clients on a range of matters incidental to their operations.
Prior to joining Malka & Kravitz, Miguel was an attorney at a firm specializing in construction litigation. Specifically, in the defense of design professionals in complex multi-party actions. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University and earned a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2017. He is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, and is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
