I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Traci Gundersen, Of Counsel, is both a real estate sales agent and real estate attorney with nearly twenty years of experience. Her real estate sales focus on single family residences in Draper and the south Salt Lake valley area. Her law practice covers a broad array of real estate topics, including planning and zoning issues, real estate licensing and ethics rules, and handling landlord/tenant disputes.

Dallin F. Checketts is a general practice attorney with specialized expertise in real estate and eminent domain. He earned a degree in Economics from Utah State University and his Juris Doctor from BYU Law. Dallin has worked as a realtor, entrepreneur, and in-house counsel for a successful real estate development company. Dallin can simplify complex legal issues, making them more accessible and less intimidating for his clients. He believes conflict and uncertainty are detrimental to the well-being of his clients, so he strives to reduce the stress typically associated with complex legal issues by providing clear paths forward for those he represents. His approach not only eases the legal journey for his clients but also ensures that they are well-informed and confident in every step they take. Dallin is a man of honesty and integrity—except for when he tricked his sweetheart, who is way out of his league, into marrying him. His commitments to family, friends, and faith reflect his grounded and approachable nature, qualities that he brings to his work at the firm. Whether in the courtroom or in his garden, Dallin’s dedication is evident, making him a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients.
