I have represented defendants in serious matters including murder, robbery, burglary, drug offenses and driving while intoxicated. I handled a case where two youthful offenders were accused of burglarizing a building. The charge was a felony. I was able to get them into the adult diversion program and worked to have all charges dismissed; and, the two young men did not wind up with a criminal record.
