Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Daniel has represented individuals at all stages of the process from initial applications to the Appeals Council. His experience includes representing over two thousand claimants before Administrative Law Judges in 25 states across the country. Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington and moved to Minnesota to attend Hamline University School of Law.
