Ryan Peterson is a former debt collection attorney turned consumer rights expert and advocate. After graduating from William Mitchell law school in 2008, Ryan opened his own criminal defense firm. In 2010 Ryan joined a Minneapolis-based debt collection firm. There, he quickly learned the nuances of rights and regulations regarding consumers. As time went on, Ryan developed a deep desire to work for consumers - to protect individuals who are wrongly treated, often knowingly, by big business and banking institutions. As Ryan frequently says, he’s grateful to practice law in a way that aligns with his personal beliefs. He values his relationship with clients and strives to partner with each individual to ensure a fair outcome. ​ Like all native Minnesotan, Ryan loves cabin time Up North. He is also a self-described “avid indoorsman” who enjoys cooking, reading, bar trivia, and board games. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife and daughter.

Stuart Nostdahl practices in the areas of civil litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, and estate planning and probate. Stuart brings a broad range of experience to his practice thanks to his years working as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen C. Aldrich in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District. There, he worked extensively in a wide variety of civil, criminal, and family law cases. Originally from North Dakota, Stuart moved to Minnesota to attend law school at the University of Minnesota. He now resides with his wife and sons in South Minneapolis. In his spare time, Stuart enjoys traveling to lake country and taking in all the culture and entertainment that the Twin Cities have to offer.

Amanda Furth has represented people with workers’ compensation and other personal injuries since 2003. She enjoys helping clients move forward to find the best medical care to help them recover and rehabilitation services to help them get back to work. Amanda graduated from St. Olaf College in 2000 Cum Laude with a double major in Political Science and Hispanic Studies. She then moved on to law school at Hamline University School of Law, graduating in 2003. While in law school, she joined Osterbauer Law Firm as a law clerk and began to learn the personal injury and workers’ compensation fields. Amanda has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 2003. She was named a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, recognizing her as a top workers’ compensation attorney in the state of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association, as well as the Amdahl Inn of Court. Originally from New Ulm, MN, Amanda enjoys baseball, festivals and German food. She is an avid sports fan who attends many Twins, Timberwolves, and Gophers games. She serves on the board of the Harold Mezile North Community YMCA Youth & Teen Enrichment Center in North Minneapolis and is active in the St. Olaf College Alumni groups.
