Peck Law Offices was established in 1960 by the late Russell Peck, Sr. His aim was to start a law firm dedicated to providing probate administration services in Massachusetts. Before his death, Russell Peck, Jr. worked under the tutelage of his father for over a decade. He learned from his legal expertise and experience. He is now managing the firm since the death of his father. Peck & Peck Law, LLC has been practicing civil litigation since 2008. We have relations with Norfolk & Suffolk County, Massachusetts courthouses. Attorney Peck has worked on a number of cases involving civil litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, and probate. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry from Eastern Nazarene College, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bentley University, and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He is pursuing at night a Ph.D. from Walden University in Public Policy Administration. He is licensed in the Massachusetts state and Federal Courts. He and his family live in Braintree, Mass and he summers in Plymouth, Mass.
