About Misty
Locations within which I primarily practice: All of Houston and its contiguous counties, including Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Liberty, Chambers, Wharton, and Galveston; however, I will travel to other counties if the need arises.
Misty A. Segura was born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1976 and moved to Houston in 1998. She received her undergraduate degree from Lamar University-Beaumont (B.B.A. in Business Management, 1998). Ms. Segura received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. She is also a member of the Houston Bar Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Segura practices in the areas of business litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, construction litigation and general civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts.
