About Mollie
Mollie's practice at Miller & Steiert focuses on commercial litigation, corporate law, employment law, probate litigation, and criminal defense. While attending college, she worked as a legal assistant in a suburban Chicago law firm that specialized in the areas of estate planning, probate litigation, and corporate law. Mollie relocated to Denver in 2003 to attend law school at The University of Denver after receiving the University of Denver Law Scholarship.
At the University of Denver College of Law, Mollie served as Managing Director of Social Justice Action Group (S-JAG), a volunteer organization that provides free legal research and writing assistance to public interest attorneys who are actively pursuing social justice. As Managing Director of S-JAG, Mollie founded a mentorship program, coordinated volunteers for a conference on state accountability and domestic violence, and was awarded the Julie Nice Outstanding Research and Writing Award for her leadership of a S-JAG team that wrote a domestic violence legal manual. She was also awarded the Mary E. Ricketson Endowed Scholarship for demonstrated commitment to using the law to improve society and academic merit, and was nominated by faculty members for the Sturm College of Law Outstanding Graduating Student Leadership Award and the Sturm College of Law General Leadership Award.
