Vincent Rubino is a shareholder in the firm of Newman Williams, P.C., in Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law at the firm since 1987. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Attorney Rubino is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra School of Law in Hempstead, N.Y. Attorney Rubino devotes his practice to representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, having represented over six thousand (6,000+) clients in Monroe, Pike, Northampton, Carbon, Lehigh, Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Attorney Rubino was a member of the Board of Directors of the Middle District Bar Association for its initial decade, and was President between 2005 and 2007. He is presently an officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Bar Association.
