Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. He works with each of the attorneys and staff to develop individualized strategies for success that are tailored to each client's goals. Mr. Kemeny represents clients in both state and federal courts and has significant trial experience. He has served as trial counsel for businesses, non-profits, attorneys, and other individuals. He has successfully represented clients in various business disputes, guardianship actions, trust and estates disputes, and personal injury cases. Since 2010, Mr. Kemeny has taught the Appellate Advocacy: International Moot Court course at the Rutgers School of Law. His students have gone on to work at large firms and obtain prestigious state and federal clerkships. He has also lectured outside of the law school about techniques of effective advocacy. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

Jonathan has taken a personal approach to lawyering that is styled around client interaction, efficiency and the utmost attention to detail. Jonathan is motivated by protecting the rights of others and strives to maximize results. He passionately represents personal injury, real estate, criminal expungement, and contractual matter clients. Prior to joining The Law Offices of Herbert Ellis, PC, Jonathan clerked with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, working closely with the Appeals Department. Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2013 where he focused his studies on personal injury and contract law. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Boston University School of Management in 2010. While attending Boston University, Jonathan served as Co-Captain of the University’s Mock Mediation Team, and competed nationally. Jonathan is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the State New York, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys biking, reading, cooking, skiing and hiking.
