About Nancy
Ms. Siegel is a partner in the Litigation Department. Her practice concentrates in complex insurance related litigation, representing licensed insurance producers, providing advice and defense to insurance companies and defending their insureds against serious personal injury and property damage claims. She has also defended health care professionals and medical device manufacturers.
Ms. Siegel has extensive trial and appellate experience defending insurance producers, insurance companies and health care professionals as well as business and individual insureds in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She teaches continuing educational courses for both peers and professionals.
Ms. Siegel received a B.S. from Barrington College in 1975 and an M.Ed. from Temple University in 1977. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law in 1984. Ms. Siegel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.
