About Natalie

Natalie R. Lynch began her legal career in Colorado and she now practices in Austin, Texas. In Colorado, she was a two-term president of the Aurora Bar Association, the first recipient of the Colorado Bar Association’s Future Leaders award and a member of the Bar Association’s Executive Counsel. In Texas, she serves in leadership positions of the State Bar Associations, including the International Bar Section and the state’s Animal Law Section.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Natalie lived in the United States, Ghana, and Spain. As an attorney, Natalie has helped companies conduct business throughout Asia (particularly Japan and China), South Africa, Latin America, and the world. She has also conducted hundreds of workplace discrimination investigations as well as other workplace investigations.
