About Neal

Neal C. Baroody graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland in 1984. In 1987, after serving as an editor of the Law Review, he graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In 1987, Mr. Baroody joined Venable, Baetjer & Howard's litigation department. In 1993, he founded his own firm.  Over the past 20 years he has tried jury and nonjury cases in federal and state courts. He also arbitrated numerous disputes involving general contract, construction, and copyright issues, drafted appeals to the Fourth Circuit, Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, drafted articles for the American Bar Association and the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. and spoke before the Association of Builders and Contractors, Inc. Mr. Baroody is a result-oriented litigator. By aggressively representing his clients and negotiating reasonably, he resolves matters economically and effectively.
