Mr. Nenner has been practicing both criminal and civil litigation since 1985. He is a principal shareholder of Nenner & Namerow, P.C., a professional corporation. Mr. Nenner is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. He has extensive experience in both state and federal courtrooms.
Mr. Nenner received his undergraduate degree in accounting from University of Delaware in 1982. Thereafter, Mr. Nenner attended law school at Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA, graduating with honors and a Juris Doctorate degree in early 1985. Mr. Nenner has always focused his professional practice in the area of litigation. He has tried numerous cases, including complex and protracted ones through verdict. Mr. Nenner has personally handled homicides, multiple-defendant federal narcotics cases, Attorney General wiretap cases and numerous other high profile criminal cases that have saturated both the national and local media.
Mr. Nenner has also litigated serious six-figure personal injury cases, including a sexual assault case involving the rape of a disabled McDonalds’ employee by a co-worker and a death cases against SEPTA wherein a trolley operator struck and killed a two year old child.
Mr. Nenner’s professional employment history began in late 1985 when he was hired as an associate at the former law firm of Deutsch & Shigon. He tried a multitude of civil personal injury cases commencing with arbitration matters and successfully litigating his first jury trial within three months of graduation from law school. While at Deutsch & Shigon, Mr. Nenner started working with the Honorable Harold M. Kane, then a prominent Philadelphia criminal lawyer who is now a retired judge on the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. Under Kane’s tutelage, Mr. Nenner absorbed himself in the field of criminal law trying his first felony jury trial in 1986.
In 1990, Mr. Nenner turned down a partnership offer from Deutsch & Shigon and instead opted to establish his own law firm.
