Mr. Dore’s experience included consultation with attorneys on procedural rules for Federal and State and City courts for all New York metropolitan area court systems as well as courts in numerous other jurisdictions and countries. Coordinate service and filing of documents in courts for matters various New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Doré trained attorneys and paralegals on Federal and State courts electronic filing procedures and court procedural rules in Federal and State litigation. He has handled commercial litigation procedural issues for matters pending in New York, and involving parties in California, Florida, Wisconsin and Washington, DC courts. He has coordinated cases related to international service of process under the Hague Convention and Inter-American Treaties; effecting service pursuant to those provisions in China, Italy and the Caribbean. Mr. Doré advised attorneys on White Collar criminal defense Federal and State, procedural rules, working alongside former Assistant U.S. Attorneys and coordinating cases with United States Attorney’s Offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Coordinated investigations of entities infringing on copyright ownership and trade violations, including the dismantling of hundreds of counterfeit sellers of cigarettes. Mr. Doré also worked for the New York City Corporation Counsel conducting pretrial discovery and investigations for the Bronx Tort Division. Interview witnesses, including 50-H hearings, depositions of numerous prisoners at various New York State Correctional institutions. He has appeared and defended the City of New York in hundreds of cases at New York County Supreme Court, Bronx County Supreme Court and New York City Small Claims court. These appearances were at over 500 preliminary conferences and hundreds of depositions examining plaintiffs with actions against the City of New York. His advice was sought by Police Officers, Firefighters, Sanitation Inspectors, Public School teachers and other New York City personnel for pending litigations. In 2021 Mr. Doré was honored to be appointed to the AAJ Voter Protection Committee by President Navan Ward, Jr. President of the American Association for Justice.

Our founding partner, attorney James E. Kleinbaum, has been practicing law since 1994. As an experienced traffic and criminal defense lawyer, he has helped thousands of clients throughout New York protect their freedom, record and driver's licenses. As an experienced negotiator and trial lawyer, Mr. Kleinbaum has helped many businesses and individuals in civil disputes, including landlord tenant disputes and contractual disputes. Attorney Kleinbaum is pleased to assist local business owners with commercial collections and he has extensive experience in the representation of buyers, seller and lenders in real estate closings.

Michael Rose has spent his entire career representing accident victims. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and settled many claims resulting in tens of millions of dollars in recovery for clients. Many of these cases have resulted in seven-figure jury verdicts and settlements. During a recent six-month time span, Mr. Rose tried three cases; each independently resulted in a seven-figure jury verdict. In both 2010 and 2011 he was responsible for securing four of the top one hundred personal injury results in the State of New York for personal injury claims as reported by the New York Jury Verdict Reporter. In 2012 he was responsible for securing the largest jury verdict in the State of New York for Construction Site Accidents as reported by the New York Jury Verdict Reporter. This jury verdict was in excess of thirteen million dollars.

Mr. Benno is an appellate and constitutional law attorney. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he served in both the trial division and the appeals bureau. Upon leaving government service, Mr. Benno worked at a premier civil litigation law firm where he focused on civil rights matters in both state and federal courts. In 2009, Mr. Benno opened his own law practice. Mr. Benno is admitted to the New York and Connecticut state bars, and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second and Third Circuit. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. From 2006 through 2012, Mr. Benno was an adjunct professor at New York Law School, where he taught Appellate Advocacy and Legal Reasoning and Writing. Mr. Benno regularly lectures for bar associations and continuing legal education providers on topics having to do with constitutional law, appellate advocacy, and trial practice. Mr. Benno has been selected for inclusion in New York Super Lawyers for the last 10 years in the areas of First Amendment and civil rights law. Mr. Benno received his B.A. degree with honors from Johns Hopkins University, and his law degree from Cornell Law School.

Tucker C. Stanclift was born and raised in Lake Placid, N.Y. Tucker played ice hockey there and graduated from Lake Placid Central School in 1990. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University and earned a law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Tucker is a proud father of three boys and lives in Queensbury, N.Y. He enjoys boating on Lake George with his kids in the summer. Tucker is the founding principal of Stanclift Law, PLLC, PC. He focuses his practice area in criminal law, DWI’s, civil litigation, personal injury and vehicle and traffic law. Tucker is known for his aggressive — yet compassionate — representation of his clients. He is dedicated to the legal profession and is active in the New York State Bar Association where he held a former chair of the Young Lawyers Section and is a current officer of the Criminal Justice Section. Within the community, Tucker is active in the Theater. He previously studied Shakespeare at Oxford University and enjoys live performance. He has been a member of the Glens Falls Community Theater and the Hudson River Shakespeare Company. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Charles R. Wood Theater in downtown Glens Falls.

Hendrick Vandamme is a partner of the Firm. He was born in former Czechoslovakia and has the distinction of having participated in the demonstrations dubbed the Velvet Revolution which ended 40 years of Communist oppression and foresaw the normalization of relationships between East and West. After leaving Prague, he lived and worked in Germany, Belgium, and England. He is fluent in Czech, German, and French. Before forming Vandamme Law Firm, his work experience encompassed practice with a securities litigation boutique firm and with a major North American insurance company as the attorney of record and trial counsel. Hendrick successfully handled a number of jury trials and has conducted numerous mediations and arbitrations on behalf of his clients. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Essex University in England and his law degree from Fordham University Law School. On multiple occasions, Hendrick has served as a correspondent to Radio Journal in Prague where he uses his expertise to discuss American legal issues of international interest. Hendrick is also a board member of the Olga Forrai Foundation, which provides support for the training, education, and career development of opera singers and classical music conductors. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
