O'Neil & Hauser P.C. was founded decades ago with a simple belief: The immigration system can be daunting, but an experienced lawyer can make it easier. Our attorneys have dedicated their practice to helping workers, students, human resource professionals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system. We have worked with generations of clients in matters as routine as visa applications and renewals to complex cases like labor certification, asylum claims and removal defense. Whether they are coming to the U.S. to study, work, start a business or simply be reunited with their families, we work to show our clients that, in the proper hands and with the right approach, even the highest-stakes immigration case can have a positive outcome.
