About Nicholas

Nick Garcia has been practicing law in Georgia for nearly 25 years.  He began working for a large Atlanta law firm in 1993, and ultimately became a partner at the Atlanta law firm of Whiteman, Smith and Hamilton, P.C. in 1998.  In 1999 he opened his own firm, Garcia & Bradley, P.C.
 
Mr. Garcia has been a featured speaker for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia and his articles including “Defending Uninsured Employers” have been published by the Institute.  A wide range of his cases have been reported by the Georgia Court of Appeals including: Gaddis v. Skelton, 222 Ga. App. 325 (1997)( personal injury); Reininger v. O’Neil, 316 Ga. App 477 (2012)(contract/fraud); and Southwire v. Molden, 223 Ga. App. 389 (1996)(workers compensation).

His jury trial experience is wide ranging from personal injury cases, to business litigation and DUIs.  He settled a million dollar personal injury claim in 2010. He’s admitted to practice in Federal Court as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court.  He currently handles divorce/custody, personal injury, business and criminal matters.   In his spare time he is on the Board of Directors of ADVO-Kids CASA and is also the author of three novels.
