About Nicole
Nicole Ames is the Chief Business Development Officer at PK Law. Prior to this position, Ms. Ames practiced law for over ten years, primarily civil litigation defense. Ms. Ames obtained her J.D. from the George Mason School of Law and is barred in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She obtained her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park in Speech Communication.
In her current role, she is responsible for coordinating the firm’s overall branding and business development efforts. In addition, she works with each of the attorneys in the firm to develop strong and effective individual marketing plans, assists the attorneys in implementing their plans with training, business development support, and coaching. Ms. Ames also works with the heads of the firm’s practice groups to develop and implement practice group marketing plans and works with the firm’s Managing Director and Marketing Committee to develop and implement a firm-wide marketing plan. Ms. Ames is responsible for managing the firm’s brand and internal/external public relations efforts. She oversees the creative and substantive development of the firm’s website, social media activities, e-marketing outreach, and client satisfaction initiatives. In addition, she strategizes and assists with implementing the firm’s recruitment and overall business development activities.
Ms. Ames lives in Catonsville with her husband, three children, their dog, and their cat.
