About Nicole
Prior to going to law school, Nicole worked in the restaurant industry. She learned that honesty, hard work, and communication was essential to developing relationships with her customers and earning their trust. As a Managing Attorney at Russell and Hill, PLLC, Nicole carries those same principles with her as she represents our clients who have been injured by the carelessness of others. She is committed to representing the people of Eastern Washington and Idaho with dignity and respect, while also fighting for their rights.
After finishing law school in New York, Nicole represented big insurance companies for ten years and then worked directly for a national insurance company for 9 more years. Nicole has tried many cases to verdict. In those years, Nicole learned how big insurance companies handled cases and the inside strategy they use to defeat an injured person’s case. It became evident to her that the “little guy” needs representation because, without it, they don’t stand a chance against the insurance companies on their own.
Nicole moved to Spokane with her husband and two children after years in the insurance industry and is proud to serve the needs of her community.
