About Nicole
Nicole M. Whitaker is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law where she teaches the Legal Analysis, Research and Writing course for the Law of the United States L.L.M. program.
After graduating from the University of Maryland: College Park, she moved to Madrid, Spain where she taught English in the Madrid public school system. She gives back to the community by teaching English as a Second Language for the Community College of Baltimore County.
During law school, Ms. Whitaker served as a judicial intern on the Baltimore Immigration Court under Judge Crosland, Judge Kessler, Judge Dornell, and Judge Williams.
She also practiced in the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office as a Rule 16 attorney through the Criminal Practice Clinic and was on one of the law school’s three law journals, the University of Baltimore Law Forum.
Ms. Whitaker is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
