Tommy Siniard is a Huntsville personal injury lawyer with more than forty years of experience. For more than thirty years, he has practiced exclusively personal injury law, representing people who have been in car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall accidents, and representing those who have suffered complications from medical negligence. Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Tommy grew up in a blue-collar family. His father worked 43 years at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. tire plant and missed only thirteen days of work during that time period. When Tommy went to law school, he made a promise to his father that he would always represent working people instead of companies and corporations. Tommy has held true to that promise his entire career. He only represents people in their fight against insurance companies for fair compensation. Tommy attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1980. He moved to Huntsville following law school and began practicing law with esteemed trial attorney Harvey Morris. In 1991, Tommy started a solo personal injury law office that eventually grew to be the largest personal injury firm in Huntsville. In 2022, Tommy and his son Bart started their own law firm, Siniard Law, LLC.

Bart Siniard solely represents injured people in north Alabama. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Bart received his undergraduate degree and juris doctorate from the University of Alabama. He returned home to Huntsville to practice personal injury law in 2013. According to 256Today, Bart Siniard is one of the youngest attorneys in Alabama to obtain verdicts in both the state and federal court systems when serving as lead counsel while also securing opinions in his clients’ favor from the Supreme Court of Alabama. Bart has obtained over $25 million in compensation for his clients. Bart handles all types of personal injury cases, but he has a special passion for the elderly who have suffered injuries or who have died due to nursing home abuse and neglect. In 2016, he received specialized training at the American Association for Justice’s Nursing Home Litigation College in Washington, D.C. in order to specialize in handling wrongful death claims against nursing homes.
