C. Randy Emory was born and raised in the small, rural town of Wilson NC. Throughout his childhood, Mr. Emory displayed many leadership qualities. In High School, Randy was President of the Student Body, also finding time to excel and letter in three sports. Ultimately, Mr. Emory decided to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his collegiate studies. While there, he continued his involvement in student government, serving on a multitude of committees. Randy also mentored children in the Big Brother Big Sister Program. He is a very proud member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. After graduating from UNC in 1985, Mr. Emory enrolled in law school at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. While in his studies, he also interned with State Farm Insurance company. There he was able to really grasp how Insurance Companies handled their many claims that they received on a daily basis. After completing Law School, Randy worked in the claims department at State Farm Insurance for three years. While there, he handled over three thousand auto claims, gaining valuable knowledge. In 1991, Mr. Emory was able to transfer that knowledge to an established personal injury firm in Charlotte where he worked for ten years. In 2001, Randy started the Emory Law Firm, and it has been successfully operating ever since. He has handled over 16,000 auto claims during his career. Randy remains a very active member in his community, having served as Vice Chairman of the Citizen Review Board for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. He also has taken the responsibility of helping at risk youth in his area. Mr. Emory is also a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. He currently resides with his wife Tammy and two boys.​

Jonathan Breeden is a successful family law lawyer in Garner, North Carolina. He graduated from NC State with a political science degree in just three years, and went on to spend time working in the North Carolina General Assembly and learning the inner workings of government before attending Campbell University School of Law. He chose Campbell because of the practical legal education offered, including courses in how to practice in North Carolina district courts, where the bulk of legal business is conducted, and how to start a law practice. While in law school, he interned with the District Attorney offices in Scotland and Hoke counties, where he gained valuable experience in how criminal cases are handled. He also studied law abroad in London, England through a summer program and learned the value of living and studying in another country and culture. The education he received at Campbell provided Jonathan the foundation he needed to start his own practice once he passed the bar exam. He settled in Johnston County because of its rapid growth, and found that young families had need of qualified lawyers to help with various domestic and family law matters.

Mr. Eisner received his B.A. degree in American Studies from the University of North Carolina, his MPA from the University of North Carolina School of Government and his J. D. from Campbell University School of Law. He is a member of the NC Bar Association. His focus is on business law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, workouts and alternatives to bankruptcy, and foreclosure defense.

Catherine was raised in Northampton County, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University and later went to North Carolina Central School of Law to obtain her J.D. She is truly passionate about her clients and works diligently to minimize the impact the justice system can have on their lives. Even while attending NCCU School of Law, Catherine was dedicated to defending the rights of those accused of crimes. As a third-year law student, Catherine participated in the law school criminal Defense clinic, where she represented clients accused of criminal charges in Durham County under the supervision of a licensed attorney. She also was one of the first students to intern with Legal Aid’s Second Chance Initiative assisting clients in Wilson, Durham, and Wake County with North Carolina Expungements and certificates of relief. Catherine worked in the Durham County Public Defender’s Office for three and a half years where her primary practice was DWI and Traffic, Felony and Misdemeanor Probation Violation and District and superior criminal court. Due to her time in Durham’s Public Defender’s Office, she gained extensive trial and courtroom knowledge and knows her way around the courtroom. Catherine is the mother of twins that love to keep her busy. As a family, they enjoy movies, cooking, and exercising. One of their favorite past times is riding to the beach to go to the aquarium and visiting family in Northampton County. Catherine enjoys working out and is even certified as a personal trainer and nutrition professional.

Since 1998, Samuel J. Randall, IV has built a solid reputation among his peers, adversaries, and the judiciary in North Carolina as an aggressive and skilled criminal defense lawyer and advocate for his clients. Mr. Randall has represented hundreds of clients in criminal defense matters in the Federal and State courts of North Carolina. Mr. Randall grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Quail Hollow Junior High school and South Mecklenburg High School. In 1987, Mr. Randall joined the United States Navy and served as a Hospital Corpsman until he was Honorably Discharged in 1991. During his time in the Navy, Mr. Randall became qualified as an Aircrew member and performed Search and Rescue missions as an in-flight medical technician. He is a Gulf War Veteran having served with HMM-226 during operation Desert Storm where he provided inflight medical assistance to wounded troops. After the Navy Mr. Randall attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religion. Mr. Randall received his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego California. In 2012, Mr. Randall graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming and in 2013 graduated from both Graduate programs offered by the Trial Lawyers College. Mr. Randall has been able to use his experience and knowledge of criminal law and procedure to gain a dismissal or reduction of the charges against his clients, to negotiate a favorable outcome for the client, or to win an acquittal after a trial of the charges. Andrew was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and moved to Charlotte in 2010 to pursue his legal education. Having grown up with 8 siblings and step-siblings, Andrew has been preparing to be a litigator his entire life. ​ He attended SUNY Cortland for his undergraduate studies where he majored in Political Science. He went on to law school shortly after where he completed his graduation requirements in two and a half years; a full semester early. While in law school, Andrew was inducted into the Order of the Crown academic honor society, served as the president of the LGBT Legal Society, and received pro bono highest honors for his volunteer work during law school. Andrew also completed two internships with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office and the Iredell District Attorney’s office, serving as lead counsel on multiple criminal trials.
