After graduating from law school, he joined a Grand Forks law firm (Larivee & Light, LDH) as an associate attorney, where he built his criminal defense practice. After a few years, Lindsey moved to Fargo, where he built a solid law firm (Haugen, Moeckel, & Bossart) focused exclusively on Criminal Defense representation. When his partners retired, he joined O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Attorneys – where his focus is exclusively criminal defense. Lindsey knows Criminal Defense! He represents clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies, drug and property crimes, DUI/DWI, and juvenile matters. He’s been defending people in the Red River Valley area for more than 25 years.
