Zachary focused his law school experience on criminal law, externing with a local public defender’s office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada, and multiple criminal defense firms. Zachary also served in the law school’s criminal defense appellate clinic, where his brief on behalf of an indigent client earned the law school’s award for excellence. After law school, Zachary relocated to Tampa, Florida where he began his career with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office before moving to a highly regarded criminal defense firm in the Tampa area. He has defended individuals accused of a broad range of offenses, including DUI, battery, drug and weapons possession, sex crimes, and homicide. Zachary returned to Las Vegas in 2020. Prior to joining Sgro and Roger, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ellie Roohani in the Eighth Judicial District Court, managing a split docket of criminal and civil cases. Outside of the office, Zachary enjoys traveling, playing poker, and providing long-distance support for his University of Connecticut basketball teams.

Jeffrey P. Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. JEROME R. BOWEN was born in Denver, Colorado on May 22, 1963. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Utah in 1988. During which he attended honors programs at Cambridge University in England, George Washington University, and the American University in Paris, France. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he returned home to his native Idaho to attend law school at the University of Idaho. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991. While at the University of Idaho, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review 1990-1991 and had a published case note. After receiving his law degree, he was selected to act as a Special Assistant to Cecil D. Andrus, Governor of Idaho in 1991, where he was the governor's liaison to five (5) State of Idaho departments, including budgeting and the governor's state agenda.

Daniel “Danny” Dastrup is a Las Vegas native, having moved here at the age of five. He has seen the city grow and change through the years and loves to call Las Vegas home. While in law school Danny received several accolades including “highest honors” recognizing his skill in legal writing. Bryan Boyack was born and raised in Las Vegas. He attended Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, in business management at the renowned Marriott School of Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. Throughout law school, Bryan studied numerous areas of law—from estate planning to business organization. The variety of his courses gave him the versatility needed to practice in many different areas of law. Holly Fic was born and raised in New Jersey and came out west to attend UNLV just in time to celebrate the Rebels basketball national championship win in 1990. She loved UNLV and Las Vegas and was happy to be able to stay and attend the Charter Class at the UNLV Boyd School of Law where she graduated in the top third of her class. During her last year in law school, Holly was admitted as a student attorney to assist with and appear in Family Court for Children’s Attorney Project Cases for which she developed a love for assisting families in family law matters. Holly participated in the Child Welfare Clinic as a student, has presented to the Family Court Community Legal Education classes, represented children in the Children’s Attorney Project Cases and has participated in the Clark County Family Court “Ask-A-Lawyer” program. Over the years, Holly has taken many Family Law pro bono cases, most especially with respect to guardianship and family law cases. Holly works in conjunction with Legal Aid to represent many Protected Persons to have a voice in their guardianship proceedings and has helped many guardians along the way.
