Barry Novack has been a licensed attorney in California since 1973. Mr. Novack focuses his practice in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death matters, including aviation accidents, amusement park ride accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability, and medical negligence.

Mr. Novack earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1973. He received his Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 1964. He also holds a Masters in Engineering from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Novack is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.  In 1987 and 1988, he received the Presidential Award from the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Novack has lectured and moderated at attorney seminars throughout California.

Mr. Novack has been selected by his peers as a Southern California Super Lawyer for the past five years in personal injury and products liability. He has served as counsel in several high-profile litigation matters, including achieving a multi-million dollar verdict for a woman who was drugged and raped, including significant punitive damages.
