Teresa Glascoe is a family law attorney at Bryan Fagan, PLLC. Becoming a lawyer has been a life-long dream, and she is passionate in providing her clients with the representation they deserve. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.

If you ask her, Connie-Ann will tell you, “Family Law found me” and she took to it just like a duck to water. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Connie-Ann came to Texas in 1977. When she graduated Cum Laude from Stratford High School, she still had every intention of following in her father’s footsteps and becoming a surgeon. As a result, Connie-Ann was “pre-med” when she arrived at Brandeis University. She spent much time there on the Charles River and became the stroke of the varsity 4+ and eventually the coach of their novice women’s crew team for a semester. Connie-Ann also sang at the coffee house, played guitar, trumpet and piano in various bands, chamber groups and pit orchestras and trained to be an EMT. After graduation, she returned to Houston and began her legal journey by going to the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and finding her home in the legal field. Following graduation from South Texas College of Law, Connie-Ann clerked at Purdue and Clore and then got her first job as an associate, doing family law at Racusin and Wagner. During this time, she also taught at the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. All of this combined with her skill in court, her experienced perception, her sense of humor and way of making people feel seen, understood, heard and at home, makes Connie-Ann a fierce advocate and an authentic perfect match for Family Law.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, Ricky Whitehead is deeply rooted in the local community and actively volunteers with the Trans Legal Aid Clinic TX (TLACT), a non-profit organization that assists trans and non-binary individuals with name and gender marker corrections in Texas. Outside of work, Ricky Whitehead enjoys spending their free time cooking, especially baking, and playing board games with friends. They share their home with a German Shepherd named Poe, who adds a special joy to their life.

Brittney Archie is an attorney at The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, licensed in both Arkansas and Texas. Deeply involved in her community, Brittney has been active in church since birth and continues to participate in various outreach programs, homeless foundations, and volunteer opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, writing, and singing—hobbies she has cherished since childhood. Her path to becoming an attorney began in high school, where she discovered a passion for law during a trip to Washington, D.C., where she explored the legal profession. Oiya Ali-Neely is a dedicated attorney with a strong commitment to her clients and community. Originally from North Carolina, Oiya has lived in several states across the U.S., gathering diverse perspectives that enhance her legal practice. Patrick B. Larkin, is the Founder and President of The Larkin Law Firm. After graduating from Texas A &M University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics, Mr. Larkin attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Larkin graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1999 and began his legal career in Houston, Texas. Mr. Larkin spent more than 10 years practicing law in downtown Houston, focusing primarily on civil litigation and business law. Mr. Larkin founded The Larkin Law Firm in 2009 to assist individuals and business owners. Mr. Larkin was named as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers by H Texas Magazine in 2014. Mr. Larkin is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and admitted to practice law in the Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern United States District Courts. Mr. Larkin is also a proud Pearland area resident. He has lived in the Pearland area since 2002. Though he has handled cases all over the State of Texas, he works primarily in Brazoria, Harris, Galveston, Fort Bend and Montgomery county. Mr. Clements has gained a reputation for skillfully handling difficult and hotly contested litigation where the stakes are high—financially or emotionally. He has represented estates and businesses worth millions of dollars, families in crisis, injured workers and drivers, and homeowners against their insurance company.
