About Owen
Mr. Lipnick is a senior associate in the Litigation Department, specializing in complex commercial litigation. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers College, New Brunswick. After receiving his J.D. from The National Law Center at George Washington University in 1994, he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Weiss, J.S.C. Mr. Lipnick is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
