He has been a speaker, lecturer, and moderator at numerous equine seminars such as The Breeders' Cup Seminar at Gulfstream Park, the National Business Institute’s Equine Seminar, and the New Owner’s Seminar at Saratoga Race Course. He is a longtime member of the American Horse Council and the New York Breeders Association. David holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hofstra University.
