Following graduation from law school, he hung up his hockey skates and moved to the gentler climate of California. Since 1998 Mr. Novak has based his practice of law in the Southern California area. However, he has actively litigated cases throughout the State of California, and the United States. Mr. Novak has established himself as a well-respected trial attorney in the region. In particular, he is renowned for his keen legal mind and aggressive litigation approach. Alice A. Salvo has over 20 years of experience in Probate, Estate Planning, Special Needs Trusts and Elder Law for Medi-Cal planning and long term care. She attended Southwestern University School of Law earning a law degree (J.D.) and furthered her education by receiving a graduate law degree (L.L.M. in Estate Planning) from University of Miami School of Law. Alice A. Salvo is qualified by the California State Bar as a "Certified Specialist" in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Only a select few of all California attorneys have been awarded this prestigious designation. She has earned many distinctions for her work including these accomplishments: President of Southern California Council of Elder Law Attorneys, President of San Fernando Valley Estate Planning Council, President of San Fernando Valley Bar Association, Chairperson of the Probate Section of the San Fernando Bar Association, served on the Gray Squad Advisory Board to the Los Angeles Police Department Van Nuys Division. A native of New York, NY, Robert Kitson obtained his law degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo School of Law in 1995. He was an Editor on the Buffalo Law Review. Mr. Kitson has tried over forty jury trials in both New York and California. After leaving New York, Mr. Kitson was a founding party of Litt, Estuar & Kitson, LLP, a civil rights firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA. Spencer Peck is the founder and principal attorney at Peck Law Corporation. He has settled millions for his clients in personal injury and elder abuse matters.
