About Pamela
Pamela is well-versed in all areas of divorce and family law including child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets, as well as other family-related matters such as grandparents’ rights, domestic violence, paternity actions, relocation cases, and premarital agreements. Although she often resolves her clients’ matters outside of the courtroom, she will zealously advocate for her clients’ rights at trial whenever necessary, utilizing forensic accountants, forensic valuation experts, psychologists, appraisers and employability evaluators, and other resources as needed. She has experience in all areas of family law litigation, including contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution of assets.
Pamela began her career as a trial attorney in a small general practice law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. Her caseload was diverse, and she appeared in a variety of forums including District Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court, Housing Court, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, and numerous administrative bodies. Pamela obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation from Boston University in 2001. From that time onwards, Pamela concentrated her practice on estate planning, family law, divorce, guardianships, conservatorships, estate administrations, and will contests and trust disputes.
Pamela has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 1995 except for eighteen months in 1999/2000 when she worked in the telecommunications industry in California. Pamela graduated from the New England School of Law in 1995. She was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1995, in California in 2000, and in the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Bar in 1997.
