About Pamela
Pamela Herrington is a native Richmonder specializing in family law and has extensive trial experience throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Much of her practice involves contested divorce cases wherein all aspects are litigated. Her cases often include high stakes child custody proceedings and large asset equitable distribution claims. Counseling both men and women seeking the dissolution of a marriage, Ms. Herrington is known as an assertive and meticulous trial attorney.
She draws from an array of litigation experience in the practice of family law including personal injury in both plaintiff and defense arenas. She has gained extensive experience in civil litigation during 20 years of law practice after her tenure as a civil litigation paralegal, and has obtained successful outcomes in jury trials. She has handled construction litigation and collections for large contractors in Virginia and also has considerable experience in personal injury litigation including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and product liability; criminal cases; and all aspects of collections.
