Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
At a recent hearing, the Chapter 13 Trustee was planning to dismiss my client’s case. I was able to show proof that my client had been facing employment challenges, but was now employed, and in a good position to satisfy her monthly mortgage payments. This showing of new employment was sufficient; my client’s case was not dismissed. As such, she was able to continue living in her home. While walking my client out of the hearing, instead of shaking my hand, she gave me a big hug, and said, “God is good, thank you!” Re: made a difference

I built a successful practice through hard work, perseverance…and the prayers of my parents.
