How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Dealing with someone locally is always important for purposes of following up on your files. I have gotten new clients who use attorneys miles away. When the attorney does not call them back they have no recourse to meet with the attorney face to face. They have to travel to far.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I can typically provide a solution to a problem. However, I always caution that the solution might change once an attorney gets additional information. clients typically give their version of facts which can be misleading.
