In determining the reasonableness of attorney fees, consideration is given to all the following factors: 1. The time and labor required. 2. The experience and knowledge of the attorney. 3. The complexity and novelty of the problems involved. 4. The extent of the responsibility assumed and the results obtained; and 5. The sufficiency of the assets properly available to pay the fee under the circumstances. Clients are very accepting of this type of arrangement particularly when the maximum amount to be charged is stated.
