Mr. Knie has been representing injured and disabled people for 30 years.
I enjoy fighting large corporations, insurance companies banks and employers when they choose to mistreat my clients. I truly love the practice of law and particularly the courtroom.
Mr. Knie never charges a fee for consultations and case evaluations. There is no fee charged until there has been a recovery in a case.
Formerly the senior partner of a law firm specializing in trial work for injured people, Mr. Knie has chosen to limit his practice to litigation of significant civil damage suits. Practicing law in the Spartanburg area for 30 years, he is well known in the community. He is frequently associated by other attorneys to assist in significant litigation. He has participated in numerous significant trials in both the state court and federal court system. Mr. Knie has stated his philosophy for practicing law effectively:

While I have the deepest respect for the medical profession, I also undertake medical malpractice cases when I believe the case is meritorious.
