About Patrick
Patrick R. Mindas Esq. heads up the workers’ compensation, real estate and Social Security Disability Appeals practice. Pat graduated from Seton Hall University in 1976 and from Seton Hall Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1979. He has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey for over twenty-seven (27) years. He is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Trial Attorney. He is an expert in this field. He specializes in representing both petitioners and respondents in workers’ compensation matters. He represents a broad range of self-insured respondents, such as hospitals and educational institutions in defending workers’ compensation claims. Pat also handles real estate issues from residential closings to complex commercial leases, commercial real estate transactions and liquor license transfers.
Pat frequently lectures at New Jersey State Bar functions on the issues of workers’ compensation.
Pat’s vast experience in the field of workers’ compensation has also been a valuable tool in assisting clients with their Social Security Disability Appeals. He has successfully obtained Social Security disability benefits for hundreds of clients who were initially denied by the Social Security Administration.
