About Paul
Paul has been a trial attorney since in 1975. He handled criminal trial matters and assisted soldiers with civil disputes while serving in the Judge Advocate General's Office of the U.S. Army on active duty. He returned to civil practice as a partner of Iaconis & Iaconis Law Office. Paul has extensive trial practice in criminal, matrimonial, disability and personal injury litigation. His areas of particular emphasis are Workers' Compensation Law, Social Security Disability Law, NYS Disability, Wills, Trusts, Decedents' Estates and Real Estate Purchases/Sales. Paul has drafted hundreds of Wills, numerous sales and purchases of personal homes and assisted families in the probate/administration of decedent's estates.
Paul prides himself on being accessible to his clients, often visiting sick or disabled clients at their homes or at the hospital, and meeting clients on evenings and weekends. As attorney for the Village of Chittenango since 1982, Paul has drafted numerous local laws, municipal resolutions, overseen bond issues for civil improvements, and acted as advisor and legal counsel for municipal officials. His view of legal practice is simple: to each client, his/her case is the most important case I have. I try to honor their trust in me by treating their cases with the same degree of respect and attention.
Paul and his wife, Barbara, have three children and live in the Village of Chittenango. His interests include Syracuse University athletics, golf and the activities of his children.
