Aria Nejad is the founder of ADN Law Group, PLLC. In 2008, Mr. Nejad graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then worked as an Investment Advisor for Wells Fargo Bank before deciding on attending law school. In 2013, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah State Court and Utah Federal District Court. During his time in law school Mr. Nejad testified in front of the Utah State Senate and Utah House of Representatives on public policy matters. He assisted the ACLU by drafting Research Memoranda, Testimony, and Legislative Briefing Summaries on various bills during the 2012 and 2013 legislative sessions on Utah’s Capitol Hill. In 2012, he was awarded the Fabian Law Scholarship for his dedication to Pro-Bono work & academic excellence. In addition to his law school experience, Mr. Nejad has worked in both the public and private sectors of the Utah legal community. In 2012 he worked with The Legal Aid Society in the areas of employment, labor, divorce, family, criminal defense, and juvenile law. Mr. Nejad has also worked with multiple private practice law firms concerning matters of property law, landlord-tenant disputes, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

He’s been through several serious injuries himself, including a motorcycle accident at the age of 17 when he lost his left leg, just above the knee. Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law.
