Kaitlin Simone DiMaggio is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She went to law school so she could represent a close family member after he was unjustly sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole. During her time in law school, Kaitlin worked over 350 hours of pro bono service working on the post-conviction cases of men and women who experienced a manifest injustice or who claimed innocence. She also holds a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and maintains her license to practice therapy. Before earning her law degree, Kaitlin earned a master's degree in counseling and she practiced as a licensed therapist. Erin Leary has been licensed in Nebraska since 1984, and in Arizona since 2000. She has over 30 years of experience in probate law. She attended Colorado State University for undergrad with a major in Journalism, and attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. She became licensed in Nebraska by motion (reciprocity) in 1984 after passing the Arkansas bar, and became licensed in Arizona in 2000 after passing the Arizona bar.

Attorney Jim Vieh earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Government from Harvard. He earned his law degree, as well as an MBA in Finance, from Cornell University. I am passionate about helping people formulate plans to reach their goals. Since 1999, I have been involved in that process with hundreds of clients as a professional in the financial services industry. In 2011, I enrolled at Arizona Summit Law School. It wasn’t always easy balancing family and school while maintaining a growing financial services company. But with the help of my wife and others, along with some divine intervention, I graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in 2014. The rest is history. Now I spend my time helping individuals and families create and maintain solid estate plans – truly an important work! On a more personal note: Before becoming an attorney, I grew up in Scottsdale, went to Horizon High School, and then joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Following my active duty training, I went on a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and later graduated from Arizona State University – go Sun Devils!
