Mr. Rowell received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Arizona. Mr. Rowell has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, and material suppliers in various construction related matters, including construction defect claims, lien foreclosure actions, payment disputes, bond claims, delay claims and contract matters. Prior to joining Leiby, Stearns, & Roberts, P.A., Mr. Rowell practiced construction law at Elder & Lewis, P.A. in Coconut Grove, Florida.
