Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Our client suffered a catastrophic injury with his entire right arm being amputated. We were able to get him a state of the art bionic arm and over $1 million in compensation for his industrial injury so his family could stay together and live a normal life.
How did you build a successful practice?
By working 14 hours a day for many years and out working my competition I was able to build a successful practice and a great reputation in the Worker’s Compensation community..
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Find a lawyer with a good reputation high success rate and one who puts his clients interest ahead of his own.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Local knowledge of both the judges and the doctors within one’s local community leads to a much better than average claim experience for the injured worker.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Local knowledge of both the judges and the doctors within one’s local community leads to a much better than average claim experience for the injured worker.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I will need the name of your employer,, your date of injury and how it happened, if you have already submitted a Worker’s Compensation claim form I will need to know the insurance carrier for your Worker’s Compensation claim if you do not have that information we will eventually get it on our own.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
We work harder and smarter than our competition
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
We work harder and smarter than our competition
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Seeing the smile on a satisfied clients face when you got him more than he ever expected for their injury. The most difficult part of our job is the slow process involved in doing a Worker’s Compensation claim. The medical treatment authorizations can be exceedingly slow and injured workers many times run out of patience hoping they could use their private insurance to get treatment quickly but that’s not permitted under the Worker’s Compensation rules.
