Philip J. Feldman, Attorney

Mr. Feldman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and law degree from St. Thomas University where he was selected twice to become a member of the distinguished American Inns of Court Foundation for his recognized mock trial skills. He is a current Member of the Florida Bar, Tennessee Bar and the federal bar for the middle and southern districts of Florida.

Mr. Feldman has drawn from his personal experiences to develop a sophisticated practice in personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, workers’ compensation and securities cases.  His active participation in offshore powerboat racing and piloting helicopters necessitating a keen understanding of vehicle dynamics brings a unique perspective to his motor vehicle and product liability cases.  Furthermore, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Marquis Bank (Coral Gables, FL), as well as one of its founding directors, Mr. Feldman's active participation in the financial/banking industry gives him a keen understanding of securities matters and brings a unique perspective to each case.

Mr. Feldman is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Florida Justice Association, American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Florida Workers' Advocates.
