My role as an attorney in a divorce/child custody dispute is to go beyond the technical and legal issues and address the human factors; the pain, the uncertainty and the fear of displacement. My experience has demonstrated, however, that sometimes a settlement cannot be reached despite the best efforts of attorneys and clients. If a trial is necessary, I have the legal knowledge, skill and tenacity to represent you and proceed from a position of strength.
