About Philip
My role as an attorney in a divorce/child custody dispute is to go beyond the technical and legal issues and address the human factors; the pain, the uncertainty and the fear of displacement. I believe that it is possible to produce outstanding legal results through a humane approach in resolving spousal and family discord. I will make every effort to negotiate an amicable, fair and reasonable settlement and avoid escalating tension and hostilities. While I always strive for settlement, my first resolve is always to advocate for you to achieve financial security and to keep the assets and property that belong to you.
My experience has demonstrated, however, that sometimes a settlement cannot be reached despite the best efforts of attorneys and clients. If a trial is necessary, I have the legal knowledge, skill and tenacity to represent you and proceed from a position of strength.
