Mr. Jasne is a founding partner of the firm and a graduate of New York Law School. He holds an undergraduate degree from New York University. Upon graduating from Law School, he was appointed an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where he served for approximately five years. Since leaving the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Jasne has engaged in private practice, primarily in the areas of criminal and civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Jasne is responsible for the firm's commercial-creditor bankruptcy practice. Mr. Jasne is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ms. Florio is a cum laude graduate of Pace Law School, obtaining a joint Juris Doctor and Master's Degree in Public Administration. She graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Florio served as Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Vito J. Titone, Sr. Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals, and an additional ten years as Principal Law Clerk to various State Supreme Court, County Court and Court of Claims Judges. She is a former Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, and has argued before the New York State Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division, Second Department. She presently serves on the Board of Governors of Daytop, and is Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Committee of the Westchester Women's Bar Association.

I have been practicing law for over 25 years, representing individuals and small business owners in New York City and Long Island, with the legal issues that arise in their everyday business or personal life. Kofsky, PLLC, in November 2008, after having worked at law firms both large and small in New York City. At Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom, LLP, I gained experience working with businesses, reviewing and analyzing business and real estate contracts and operating agreements to identify potential liabilities and compliance issues, and help manage risk. I also examined organizational structures and operating revenues and worked on joint ventures and other transactions. After leaving Skadden, I worked at several small boutique law firms at which I gained experience interacting with clients on a personal level in order to fully understand their needs and accomplish their goals. Thereafter, I took the best parts of my Manhattan experience and created my own firm to be closer to my family and to give back to the Long Island community. I am a lifelong New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan and now living on Long Island. I graduated with honors from Brooklyn Law School and Boston University. I am an avid sports fan and am devoted to my family, including my two young daughters.

A native New Yorker, Jonathan Gill has practiced law in New York since 1988. He began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx. As a prosecutor in the Major Offense and Homicide Bureaus, he conducted more than 50 jury trials with a 96% conviction rate. Those cases included the examination of expert witnesses in orthopedics, neurology, trauma surgery, pathology, accident reconstruction and other disciplines, a background that serves him well in personal injury and defense litigation. In addition to serving as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Major Offense & Homicide Bureaus, Mr. Gill was also Deputy Director of Litigation Training for the incoming classes of newly hired ADA's. In 1997, Mr. Gill joined his future partner as a Senior Trial Associate for the staff counsel office of The Travelers Insurance Company, gaining valuable litigation and management skills. He prepared and tried major personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also supervised the first in-house, state-wide subrogation team for The Travelers and developed and managed subrogation lines for major cases, including property, auto and workers' compensation cases. Prior to heading up the New York Subrogation Unit, Mr. Gill supervised a team of 10 attorneys and two paralegals that exclusively handled automobile liability litigation. Mr. Gill also created and implemented several training programs for new lawyers. In 2004, Mr. Gill co-founded Creedon & Gill P.C., with its main office in Northport, New York. A member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, Mr. Gill is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court (federal court) for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gill has lectured on various tort negligence issues for Claim Litigation Management.

Steven Felsenfeld, Esq., the sole member of Felsenfeld Legal, PLLC, has been admitted to the NYS Bar since 1996 and is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He maintains membership in the American Bar Association and its section on Labor & Employment Law and Alternate Dispute Resolution. An excellent legal researcher, writer, and orator; as appellate counsel, he has briefed and argued on many occasions and engaged in a broad array of litigation, not limited to commercial as well as Labor and Employment law, including civil rights and sexual harassment claims. He has represented numerous clients in arbitration and mediation and is qualified as a neutral in arbitration and mediation having sat on dozens of such matters. Experiences in Labor and Employment include his research, guidance, and appearances before the EEOC, SDHR, and with regard to UI, WC, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, NLRA, ERISA, FLSA, and OSHA, and ADR; as well as planning and participating in Union Negotiations. His strong business background includes six years of experience in cost and management accounting.
