Mr. Murphy’s legal career emphasizes management labor, corporate, and litigation matters. Selected in the publication of Best Lawyers in America, Mr. Murphy represents many large and small businesses, including Fortune 500 corporations, and serves as counsel to a variety of trade associations as well as major governmental agencies in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Murphy has presented and argued hundreds of cases including labor and employment matters in proceedings at the administrative, state, and federal levels. He has successfully argued labor and employment cases at both the state and federal levels, including the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Murphy is a former member of the Governor’s Task Force on Labor-Management Relations and past President of the Boston Chapter of the Industrial Relations Research Association and advisory counsel to the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Mr. Murphy is a member of the Labor Relations Advisory Committee, a select panel of the nation’s leading labor relations attorneys and he has served on a national team of seven lawyers that advises an association of 1,200 hospitals across North America. Mr. Murphy is a former Chairman of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, former Advisory Director of the Bank of Boston, and a Director of Quincy Mutual Insurance Company and other profit and non-profit corporations and trade associations. In December 1989, Mr. Murphy was honored as a recipient of the Cushing-Gavin Award for management representation in the field of labor relations. In 1996, Mr. Murphy was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Murphy was one of only fifty practicing attorneys in the nation honored with the Fellowship appointment and was the only attorney in Massachusetts to receive the Fellowship. Mr. Murphy is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Alberich served as a partner in three law firms before establishing his present firm in 2007. As a partner in these firms, Mr. Alberich developed a substantial client base and gained considerable experience in his primary areas of practice. He engages in extensive litigation and regulatory work on behalf of the alcoholic beverage industry, representing all three market tiers, including suppliers (brewers, wineries, and distillers), wholesalers of beer, wine and spirits, and retail package stores, restaurants and bars. Mr. Alberich also concentrates in franchise law as well as legislative counseling, representing trade associations, and the trucking industry before legislative committees and regulatory agencies.

Attorney Giordano started his career in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in its New York Regional Office. There, he participated in civil and administrative actions against broker-dealers and registered representatives for violations of federal securities laws; and conducted discovery and administrative investigations. ‍ After his employment with the SEC in New York City, between the 1980’s and the early 1990’s, he worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey where he investigated and prosecuted federal criminal matters with a concentration on federal securities fraud violations; presented evidence and witnesses before the U.S. Grand Jury. ‍ Attorney Giordano entered private practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in early 1990’s and acted as principal in various law firms for over three decades. In May 2005, Attorney Giordano along with Attorney Reed opened their law firm, Reed & Giordano, P.A. ‍ Attorney Giordano deals with various areas of commercial and complex litigation, securities litigation, arbitration and many more. He has over thirty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Eric Rosen is a nationally recognized former federal and state prosecutor whose nationwide practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, corporate investigations, and complex civil litigation, with a focus on novel and cutting-edge issues involving money laundering, securities fraud, crypto-assets and health care fraud. Eric was the lead prosecutor in “Operation Varsity Blues,” the seminal case widely known as the college admissions scandal, one of the largest white-collar crime prosecutions in United States history. Prior to founding Dynamis LLP in June 2023, Eric was a partner at an elite litigation boutique with offices in New York, Boston and Miami. For more than eight years, Eric served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Boston, Massachusetts. As a federal prosecutor, Eric prosecuted more than 250 defendants for a wide variety of federal crimes, including: wire and mail fraud, securities fraud, investor fraud, bribery, health care fraud, drug misbranding, money laundering, drug trafficking, racketeering, smuggling, and firearms offenses. Eric has developed significant expertise in securities fraud cases (including parallel investigations with the SEC), money laundering cases, bribery charges, and cases with international components. A seasoned courtroom advocate, Eric also tried, as lead and co-counsel, numerous criminal cases before federal juries, both in Pittsburgh and Boston, in addition to conducting countless evidentiary hearings, sentencings, and other proceedings.
